1. Introduction

Welcome to Kyara Florist. By using our website (https://kyaraflorist.in/) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms. Our goal is to provide the freshest flowers and the best decoration services in Ahmedabad.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Service Area: We primarily serve Nikol, Satellite, Bopal, SG Highway, and all major areas within Ahmedabad.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Delivery Timeline: While we aim for delivery within 4 hours, factors like traffic or seasonal demand (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) may cause slight delays.

  • Accuracy: Please provide an accurate address and a local contact number for the recipient to ensure successful delivery.

3. Product Substitution

Flowers are seasonal and perishable. If a specific flower shown in an image is unavailable, our expert florists will substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value that matches the color and style of your choice.

4. Event & Decoration Services

  • Booking: For wedding, corporate, or temple decorations, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the date.

  • Cancellations: Decoration bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept “returns” of physical bouquets. However, your satisfaction is our priority:

  • Damaged/Poor Quality: If flowers arrive wilted or damaged, please send a photo to +91 9512121817 via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a partial refund.

  • Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to our error, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Wrong Address: Refunds will not be provided if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card) within 5-7 business days.

7. Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
