Ordering & Delivery
Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Ahmedabad for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
To ensure your flowers arrive quickly and safely, we partner with reliable third-party delivery services like Porter, Borzo, or local delivery partners.
Delivery charges are applicable on all orders and are calculated based on the distance from our shop in Nikol to the delivery location. These charges are to be paid by the customer at the time of checkout or upon delivery, depending on the service used.
Yes. Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner (like Porter), we can share the tracking link with you via WhatsApp so you can see the real-time location of your flowers.
Store Pickup
Yes! We offer Free Store Pickup from our Nikol location. Simply select the “Store Pickup” option during checkout, and you will not be charged any delivery fees.
Your order will be ready for pickup at the time slot you selected during checkout. Please bring your order confirmation email or WhatsApp message when you arrive.
Products & Customization
Since flowers are natural products, slight variations in color or bloom size may occur. If a specific flower is out of stock, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value that maintains the style of the arrangement.

Payments & Refunds
We accept all major UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer returns. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact us with a photo of the flowers within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.
